Shawn Michael Graves brings you more than 20 years of experience in the luxury interior design industry. Naturally drawn to the arts, his ambition brought him from his native New England to South Florida, where he graduated with honors from the Art Institute Fort Lauderdale. During his time studying, he worked at some of the most prestigious design firms in the U.S. as a Senior Designer.
Today, Shawn offers a fresh and original approach to every design experience through his company, Oliver Cloutier Interiors, founded in 2019. His seasoned skill set allows him to create truly unique spaces to his projects. "Every client must feel as if they are my one and only focus," Shawn says. "Service and trust are paramount to the design process."
Alessandra was destined to see the world from a young age. From her native town of San Paulo, Brazil, she became a flight attendant for VASP Brazilian Airlines, where her appreciation of design and architecture was realized while traveling to Barcelona, Madrid, Brussels, Athens, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, and Osaka.
With travel as her inspiration, Ale shifted her career to interior design in 2015, working at a top high-end interior design firm in the U.S. Once she joined Oliver Cloutier Interiors, she built strong relationships with our tradespeople, artisans, and builders through trust and respect. So, Ale can ensure projects are priced, purchased, tracked, and delivered to meet deadlines. She is, in essence, the concierge extraordinaire of our operation.
A native of Charlotte, North Carolina, Stephen was always drawn to fashion and design. After college, he moved to Florida to begin a retail career. His visual merchandising and store design talents were quickly recognized, and he was soon designing stores for Hard Rock Hotels, Cafes, and Casinos globally.
Like his team members, Stephen creates strong and trustworthy relationships with clients, vendors, and builders alike. He has opened large-scale commercial projects across the globe which brings seldom-seen logistical knowledge to our firm. As director, he oversees operations and finance, and assists on active job sites to reinforce our commitment to quality. Stephen tackles challenges with tenacity while keeping his calm as a leader.
